LEC de la mà d'experts

Comença un nou curs escolar, el que marcarà el final de la primera dècada del s.XXI i l'inici del desplegament de la primera Llei d'Educació de Catalunya (LEC) en vigor des del 17 de juliol de 2009. Amb motiu de la seva aprovació, el passat 1 de juliol, l'Honorable Conseller d'Educació Ernest Maragall va adreçar una carta a tota la ciutadania del país transmetent la rellevància d'aquesta fita històrica i els reptes de futur que representava.

Per part meva, com a docent, més enllà d'haver realitzat el seguiment i l'evolució dels diferents esborranys de la LEC, i d'iniciar la lectura freda de la norma Llei 12/2009 al DOGC, uns dels objectius d'estudi que m'he fixat per aquest curs escolar és l'anàlisi reflexiu i amb deteniment de les possibilitats educatives de la nova llei. Per això he decidit començar per explorar aquests dos blocs dedicats a la LEC que apareixen recomanats a la intranet del Departament d'Educació:

• De la Llei d'Educació als Reglaments, del Francesc vidal.
• Nous conceptes a la Llei d'Educació, d'Alberto del Pozo.

Escola 2018 edició 2009

En ple debat a la xarxa sobre continguts digitals i la proposta pilot d'ús de llibres digitals realitzada des del Departament d'Educació, el proper dia 30 de maig tindrà lloc a Tarragona la 2na Trobada d'Educadors Blocaires- Escola 2018. Entre d'altre coses allí es debatrà sobre el tema i sobre models 1to1.

Per preparar aquesta jornada, a banda de llegir els documents previs que trobareu a l'espai wiki i al bloc d'Escola 2018, us recomano aquests dos links:

• Learning Technologies and Schools of the Future (pdf), un petit document de 9 pàgines publicat l'any 2007 pel British Council for School Environments ( www.bcse.uk.net), i una mostra més dels magnífics materials sobre prospectiva escolar d'aquesta agència governamental britànica.
  
• L'escola del futur, un excel·lent article de la Dolors Dot del 2006 publicat a l'espai web edu21, del qual reprodueixo aquest fragment: "L’escola del futur és aquella que ens la sentim com a pròpia, aquella que ens transmet sentiments d’acolliment, de respecte, de confiança; que ens transmet il·lusió, entusiasme, interès; que ens fa crítics, inconformistes, solidaris; que ens fa autònoms i competents. A l’escola se li presenta l’oportunitat de formar persones amb competències bàsiques per afrontar els reptes del futur; no es tracta de formar només ciutadans per exercir la ciutadania amb plena responsabilitat i amb competències instrumentals o conceptuals, sinó que com a educadors hauríem d’ajudar a definir amb els nostres alumnes què entenem per ciutadà en una societat culturalment diversa com la que tenim ara on conflueixen diverses llengües, costums, maneres de fer i d’actuar diferents, creences, hàbits, etc."
